When life gives you lemons make ginger lemonade… This easy and refreshing recipe will change the rest of your summer!
1 piece of 10 cm (70g) of ginger peeled and chopped
1 cup (250ml) of lemon juice (3-4 lemons)
⅓ cup (80ml) of maple syrup
1 litre (4 cups) of water
2 lemons cut into slices for garnish
Place the ginger in a food processor or blender. Add lemon juice and process until smooth.
Add water and maple syrup. Mix well.
Strain out ginger pulp.
Serve in glasses filled with ice.
