This is a great Easter recipe that can be used all year round for a little chocolatey pick-me-up. Kids love to make them, and adults love to eat them!

INGREDIENTS
Rice Krispies or Cornflakes
100g chocolate
35ml oil (coconut works best,
but vegetable will do)
2 tbsp golden syrup
0.5 tbsp cocoa
18 chocolate mini eggs

METHOD
Break up the chocolate into small
pieces and put into a heatproof bowl, together with the oil, syrup and cocoa.
Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie.
Remove from the heat and continue to stir until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Tip the cereal into the chocolate and mix until coated.
Spoon the mixture into muffin cases.
Make a small dip in the middle of each nest. Press chocolate mini eggs into each dip.
Leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours – if you can resist!
