INGREDIENTS

  • 150g raspberries
  • 100g blueberries
  • 500ml sugar free cranberry juice
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp hemp seeds
  • Tip, add one teaspoon of agave if you are searching for a sweeter hit.

METHOD

  1. 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend
  2. 2. Pour into a glass and drink

The Gibraltar Vegan
